When quick editing a post there is no option to save changes.

So apparently this is hard coded in the JS and does not have a template. I don't know why the buttons no longer show up as part of that, though.
I think this should be in a template and not in JS.

Yes, it appears the change I made so that javascript files are loaded in the correct order mostly resolved this issue. Now I just need to figure out how to get those buttons styled correctly.
